By accessing or using our digital entertainment services and the subscription billing operated by Online Payment Solutions OÜ (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service provides access to digital entertainment and content on a subscription basis, together with billing and customer support. Where a subscription applies, the price, currency and billing interval are disclosed and confirmed at checkout before any charge.
Some plans begin with a free or reduced-price trial and then convert to a recurring subscription at the full price and interval shown at checkout. The subscription renews automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time via the Cancel page or by emailing support@ops-billing.com. Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for. No cancellation fee applies.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method. Requests should be made within 30 days of the charge; we review within 24 hours. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
If you do not recognise a charge or believe it is in error, please contact support@ops-billing.com first — we can usually cancel and refund faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback for a charge you authorised, where a refund was available, may be treated as a wrongful dispute. We cooperate fully with card schemes and provide transaction evidence on request.
Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to hold or be authorised to use the payment method, to use the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, scrape it, or use it for unlawful, harmful or misleading purposes.
All content, design, text and graphics are owned by Online Payment Solutions OÜ or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Entertainment content is for amusement and self-reflection only and is not professional, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Online Payment Solutions OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may modify or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be notified in advance. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, and disputes are subject to the competent Estonian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
