What does OPS*BILLING mean?

OPS stands for Online Payment Solutions OÜ, the company that processes billing for the service you signed up to. BILLING marks it as a subscription billing charge. The descriptor appears on every charge so the entry is easy to recognise on your statement.

Why am I being charged?

This charge almost always means an active subscription that started with a free trial or a first purchase on one of our entertainment sites. The price and billing interval were shown and confirmed on the checkout screen before any payment was taken.

• You or someone with access to your card subscribed to a digital service.
• A free trial converted to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.
• A recurring subscription renewed for its next billing cycle.
